I was literally coached by his lawyer (and mine, working together), and the grand jury only agreed to four charges, after i revealed new things to the grand jury, like the fact that JSTOR wanted the case dropped entirely. the prosecutor threw out that indictment and convened a new grand jury. Notably, that prosecutor never contacted me again, much less forcing me to testify, and got a 14 count indictment against him. You can't really fight the system, but we sure as hell tried. If you think I could have done better by going to jail for contempt of court, you are sorely mistaken.
